Meghan
Blair-Valero
Meghan comes from an accounting and finance background. Her passion for entrepreneurship and experiences launching several successful businesses and a non-profit make her an ideal project leader and advisor.
Founding her first prosperous business, Fogged In Bookkeeping, as a single mom at twenty she understands all the struggles of launching and managing a business. Fogged in has grown 800% in the last five years and now continues its mission to provide quality accounting solutions for small to midsize businesses throughout America while creating meaningful jobs for women.
Meghan has gone on to found the Nantucket Book Festival, partner in other ventures and serves on the boards of several non-profits. Meghan was awarded the Cape and Islands 40 Under 40 Award in 2012 for the regionÕs top young business leaders who excel in their industry and show dynamic leadership and have made a mark in the region at an extraordinarily young age.

James
Bennett
Jim is a veteran of the commercial real estate business. In a career that has spanned almost forty years, Jim has held a number of executive positions most recently as a Managing Director of a BlackRock real estate fund. BlackRock is the largest investment manager in the world. Previous to that, Jim was a founding partner, President and Managing Director of Madison Marquette, a retail real estate development and investment firm based in Washington DC.
Currently, in addition to his involvement in ELA, Jim is active in various social investment activities and is a member of InvestorÕs Circle, the largest national organization of angel investors. IC seeks to invest in creative enterprises which have social value returns as well as financial returns.
Jim is currently a part-time resident of Nantucket and serves on the Board of the Community Foundation of Nantucket. In addition, Jim is also on the Board of the Festival Center, a Washington DC enterprise where he is helping to establish a community kitchen initiative.

Bobby
Callachan
Bobby comes to ELA with over 8 years of accounting experience within several industries. He has extensive experience in QuickBooks, as well as planning and managing business operations. After receiving a degree in Marketing from Bryant University, Bobby went on to join a leading Boston based Technology Company, where he learned first-hand the rigors of taking a small start-up company to its IPO (NYSE: FLTX). He now serves as the acting Business Manager for one of the largest construction and recycling companies on Cape Cod. He currently resides on Cape Cod with his wife and children, where he is an active member of the Cape Cod Young Professionals organization and an avid New England Sports fan.
Stephanie
Otero
Stephanie Otero is a California CPA with 20+ years of accounting, taxation, and auditing experience. After running her own CPA firm for 11 years, Stephanie decided to become a Certified Coach where she mentored entrepreneurs and business owners, and co-authored a book for entrepreneurs, ÒNavigating EntrepreneurshipÓ. Feeling the need to return to her accounting and bookkeeping roots, Stephanie joined the team at Fogged In Bookkeeping. Stephanie has extensive experience working with a variety of businesses in multiple industries. Stephanie resides in Southern CA with her husband, two kids, and her four-legged Goldendoodle.
